Parent company of Topi-CLICK changes name to DoseLogix

ATLANTA, Ga. — Custom Rx, the Atlanta-based parent company that created the highly acclaimed Topi-CLICK®, has changed its name to DoseLogix.

CEO Tim Phipps says the change was necessitated by the ongoing innovation, growth and evolution of the company.

“DoseLogix is a name-brand that better reflects who we are and what we do,” Phipps said. “Through the introduction of Topi-CLICK, and other products we have created, we have shown an unwavering commitment to facilitate accurate dosing. We are determined to remain on the forefront of innovation and new technology. We believe that accurate dosing, and ease of use, are critical to achieve the best possible outcome for consumers. DoseLogix is a name that fits.”

Custom Rx TDA was incorporated in 2005. After testing numerous prototypes of Topi-CLICK and making various modifications, a U.S.-based production facility opened in 2007. Since its introduction, Topi-CLICK has been widely embraced by patient advocates and compounding pharmacists for its ease of use and accurate dosing of topical creams, ointments and gels. It has been featured on various nationally syndicated cable shows, including: Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Phil, The Doctors and The Suzanne (Somers) Show. It is available across the United States, as well as a rapidly growing list of foreign nations.

While Topi-CLICK has enjoyed a steady increase in sales each year, DoseLogix has continued to make improvements to its flagship product as well as add new products and innovations. In response to consumer demand, DoseLogix recently began producing Topi-CLICK 140, a supersized model designed to simplify use of larger-dose topicals for patients needing larger dose topicals for pain management, wound care, hormone replacement therapy or scar care.

“We have a variety of new products and innovations that are in the development stage,” Phipps said. “There are many specific needs in the healthcare industry, even in veterinary medicine, that require specific solutions.
