Product Returns
- All product returns must be authorized through customer service for a credit to be issued
- All unauthorized returns will be discarded at the customer’s expense.
- Claims must be made within 10 days to return product received in error or damaged in shipping
- Credit for product will not be given in the event:
- product was returned without prior authorization
- product was sold on a non-return basis
- product is not in original packaging
- product was damaged, soiled or adulterated in anyway
