Woodstock, GA – Oct. 13, 2026 – Cordica Medical announces the new Topi-CLICK® UD™ 45 Metered-Dose Topical Applicator, a new size in the Topi-CLICK® family designed to improve pharmacy workflow and make topical therapy easier for patients. The UD 45 holds up to 45 mL of usable volume, so patients dosing at 0.50 mL (two CLICKs) per day receive a three-month supply.

The UD 45 is a single-use device that repeatably dispenses a metered volume of cream or gel for application to the skin. It also serves as the container for compounding creams and gels with electronic mortar and pestle (EMP) systems. It can be used with a variety of topically applied or transdermally absorbed medicaments.

Designed for Pharmacies

The UD 45’s threaded tube accepts the mixing lids of most EMP systems, so cream and medicament can be mixed inside the applicator itself. This reduces product transfer and handling during preparation. An integrated fast-prime feature and a mechanical drive system speed up priming, and each 25-pack includes a reusable prime tool. Mixing lids and additional paddles are available for purchase.

Graduated markings and a high-contrast blue indicator line let pharmacists, compounders, and patients verify the dispensed volume.

Designed for Patients

Each quarter-turn CLICK of the base dispenses 0.25 mL and gives audible, visual, and tactile feedback, which supports consistent, repeatable dosing. The convex, five-port applicator cap allows even dispensing and hands-free application, so the medication goes where it’s intended. The integrated applicator also reduces the risk of contamination compared with traditional containers. A protective cover locks into place for storage and transport.
